Refund Policy

We want you to love your Dome Cozy beanie. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colorway? Contact us at support@domecozy.com and we'll get a replacement moving as soon as we receive your return.
